Brooklin, and the doors built between 1991 and 2010

Whitby had 138,501 people in 2021, up 7.9 per cent on 2016, and 46,460 occupied dwellings. 20,885 of them, 45 per cent, were built between 1991 and 2010: 8,910 in the 1990s, 7,430 from 2001 to 2005 and 4,545 from 2006 to 2010. Since the mid-1990s the building has run north.
