One branch, a county and a half
This branch covers 79 places. London and its own ring first, then the towns: Sarnia about 100 km west on the 402, Chatham further west again, Strathroy and Glencoe between them; Goderich and Clinton north to the lake, Exeter and Lucan up Highway 4; Stratford, St. Marys, Mitchell and Listowel to the northeast; Woodstock, Ingersoll, Tavistock, Norwich and Tillsonburg east; St. Thomas, Dutton and Dorchester south and around.
Those are not suburbs of London. Each is its own municipality with its own building department, and a call from Goderich is a different drive from a call in Oakridge. It is worth saying so on the phone: the town changes what can be promised about timing far more than the fault does.
