Amazing service

Amazing service. Called to have a garage door fixed where the cables came off the drums. They dispatched a tech same day and was here in two hours! He fixed the door, fixed anything else he saw, lubed up the spring and we only were charged for the service call which was $95 plus tax. Highly recommend them.

Very pleased

Pat came out and installed our brand new garage door today, and we couldn’t be happier! He was so helpful, informative and the garage door looks awesome! He also went out of his way to do some extras for us at no charge. Very pleased, thanks for your hard work 😊

A frequently asked questions

Why is my garage door jerky?

Make sure your cables are correctly positioned on the pulleys at the end of your springs. Check the torsion spring. The torsion spring runs above your garage door. If it is broken or coils appear to be sticking up, it may be the cause of your problems.

Why does my garage door not open smoothly?

The causes of your garage door sticking could be that its rollers and hinges simply become stuck or that the track is dirty or clogged. If your garage door's rollers and hinges are stuck, try applying some lubrication such as WD-40. This should get your garage door back to opening and closing smoothly.

Why does my garage door hesitate?

The most likely culprit is either a broken cable or overly loose springs. There isn't enough tension preventing the door from being pulled down by gravity. The problem is easy to identify. When the door is closed, inspect the cables — but don't try and make the repairs on your own.

Do garage door hinges wear out?

Hinges hold heavy garage doors to help them operate. Although durable, everyday usage wears hinges out. Moreover, rust, improper maintenance, or a car hitting them can cause severe damage.

How long do door hinges last?

This tends to give the door hinge (considering a variety of factors) an average lifetime of around 10-15 years. This however, does not mean that you must replace them immediately. In fact, provided they are maintained well and used in an orderly fashion then it could be longer.

Why does garage door stop half way up?

Your automatic garage door comes with a limit setting that limits the amount of force it is allowed to exert in either opening or closing. If this setting is improper, it can cause your door to stop midway, thinking its job is done.
