Amazing service

Amazing service. Called to have a garage door fixed where the cables came off the drums. They dispatched a tech same day and was here in two hours! He fixed the door, fixed anything else he saw, lubed up the spring and we only were charged for the service call which was $95 plus tax. Highly recommend them.

Very pleased

Pat came out and installed our brand new garage door today, and we couldn’t be happier! He was so helpful, informative and the garage door looks awesome! He also went out of his way to do some extras for us at no charge. Very pleased, thanks for your hard work 😊

A frequently asked questions

Why is my garage door only opening a foot?

Right above the garage door are your Torsion Springs. These springs provide need tension to lift the garage door as the motor moves it up and down. If your springs are broken, Your garage door motor will not be able to lift the door up.

What does a broken torsion spring look like?

Usually the automatic garage door opener will not open the door. When you disconnect the opener and raise the door manually, the door won't stay in the up position.

Why does my garage door keep stopping while opening?

If your garage door opens and suddenly stops, it might be because of your logic board. The logic board receives and responds signals to any remote. You might need to consider replacing it if your door is not working properly, or you may purchase a new opener. Doing this can save you some amount of cash.

How do I know if my garage door springs need to be replaced?

In general, you should look for these common signs that your garage door spring has snapped.

What happens when a garage door spring breaks?

Depending on the weight of the door, the number of springs it has, and how many springs are broken, the door may still open. What you may notice is that the door becomes crooked as it moves up or down the track. This happens because the weight is no longer equally distributed.

Should I replace both garage door springs?

Yes. You may be tempted to save money on parts and labor by replacing just one spring, but you'll likely need to replace both when one spring breaks. Garage doors have two springs, one on either side of the door.
